A CHARTER ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 5 OF THE CITY OF MOUND CITY KANSAS.

Be it ordained by the governing body of the city of Mound City, Kansas:

Section 1.  Section 3 of Charter Ordinance No. 5 of the City of Mound City, Kansas, shall be amended as follows:

The City of Mound City, Kansas, shall not increase tax levies as a result of this Charter Ordinance to exceed a collective total increase of two (2) mills annually, of which any annual increase in excess of one (1) mill shall be exclusively for the Street fund.
